By using installIQ you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

installIQ is a project management platform for installation and construction businesses. We provide it under a subscription agreement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be 16 or older and authorised to bind your organisation.

3. Your data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: use the service for illegal purposes; attempt to breach security; scrape or reverse engineer the service; share account credentials.

5. AI-generated content

AI features generate automated responses. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, structural, electrical, or fire safety advice. Always verify with qualified professionals.

6. Reporting harmful content

If you encounter harmful, inappropriate, or inaccurate AI-generated content, use the Report button on any AI response or contact support@yourdomain.com.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Payment

Subscription fees are billed per your agreement. No refunds for partial months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate. On termination you may export your data for 30 days before deletion.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
